We’re growing our Facilitator community in Morocco and looking for people who bring energy, creativity, and a genuine interest in helping teams connect, collaborate, and grow.

The Role

Facilitate interactive team-building activities. Encourage participation and teamwork. Create a positive and engaging atmosphere. Collaborate with the Red Rock team.

Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working with groups. Reliable and team-oriented. Experience in facilitation, training, or events is a plus. Good English and French skills are an advantage.
