Associate, Subcontractor Lifecycle

As an Associate, Subcontractor Lifecycle, you’ll be responsible for the administrative and operational management of human resources activities related to hiring, monitoring, and compensating subcontractors. You’ll ensure that practices comply with internal policies and legal obligations, while providing front-line support to managers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities Your day-to-day

Manage the entire administrative process of integrating subcontractors, including collecting documents, creating files, and verifying legal and tax status;Draft and prepare service contracts and contract renewals in accordance with internal policies;Ensure that contractor files are accurately updated and tracked in HR systems;Coordinate the process of terminating contractors, including closing computer access and archiving files;Work closely with the Finance and IT teams to ensure proper payment processing and system access management;Maintain and update contract templates and other administrative documents in accordance with legal team guidelines;Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and quality of contractor management.Qualifications Keys to your success

College diploma in human resources, administration or a related field, with relevant experience in HR administration, ideally supporting contractors or temporary workers;Skills in drafting and managing administrative contracts, with knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes;Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS);Customer service orientation and discretion;Attention to detail, organizational skills and autonomy, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities;Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.Language skills

English: Proficient French: Advanced
