Challenge | Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects while contributing to the overall execution of the transformation roadmap.

Manage multiple projects from initiation to operational handover.

Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.

Coordinate business, IT, Data teams and external suppliers.

Manage risks, dependencies, resources and conflicting priorities.

Anticipate issues, propose solutions and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with operational managers, PMO, Business Partner and ARB.

Ensure clear reporting and compliance with programme governance.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.

Casting | Program management- Plus de 6 ans d'expérience

Public Sector Experience- Plus de 6 ans d'expérience

Risk Management- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience

Stakeholder Management- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience

Transformation Programme Delivery- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience

Dutch - Limited working proficiency

English - Professional working proficiency

French - Full professional proficiency

Business Process Management - Plus de 3 ans d'expérience

Cloud/transformation Transformation - Plus de 3 ans d'expérience

Digital Transformation- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience

IT Project Experience- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience

Agile & ITIL knowledge

Prince 2/PMI certification is an asset
