Job Summary

The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting Pinnacle Infotech and its services, identifying potential business opportunities, visiting major project sites and corporate offices, and developing a database of key industry contacts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to engage professionally with procurement and engineering personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Pinnacle Infotech, its services, and capabilities through online platforms and other relevant channels.Visit major construction project sites, engineering offices, and corporate establishments regularly to identify potential business opportunities.Identify and collect contact details of key decisionmakers, particularly procurement professionals, engineering managers, project managers, and other relevant personnel.Research construction, infrastructure, engineering, and real estate projects to identify prospective clients and business leads.Develop, update, and maintain a database of potential clients, project contacts, and business opportunities.Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients through email, phone calls, professional networking platforms, and site visits.Support the business development team in generating leads and expanding the company's market presence across Saudi Arabia.Monitor relevant industry developments, upcoming projects, and potential opportunities for the company's BIM and digital engineering services.Prepare regular reports on site visits, contacts collected, leads generated, and follow-up activities.Coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams to ensure timely follow-up on potential leads.

Requirements

Must be a Saudi.1–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, field marketing, or a related role.Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English will be an advantage.Willingness to travel regularly and visit project sites, construction offices, and corporate establishments.Good networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Basic knowledge of online marketing, social media platforms, and lead generation techniques.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining contact databases and preparing reports.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve assigned objectives.Prior exposure to the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sector will be an advantage.
