Als Inside Sales:

* Beheer je inkomende klantvragen en geef je advies over producten en diensten. * Verwerk je bestellingen en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging. * Werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om een uitstekende klantenservice te garanderen. * Ondersteun je bij administratieve taken zoals het opstellen van offertes en contracten. * Draag je bij aan het verbeteren van interne processen. * Los je eventuele klachten of problemen snel en efficiënt op. * Houd je klantgegevens up-to-date in het CRM-systeem. * Zorg je voor een proactieve communicatie met klanten om aan hun behoeften te voldoen.
