Nutrili is a fast-growing wellness brand redefining what supplements can be. With teams across Dubai and Riyadh, we create science-backed products that people genuinely enjoy using - from gummies and collagen to everyday essentials designed to fit real lives.

This role is based in Riyadh, where our commercial and growth teams are scaling the brand across the GCC and beyond.

Influencers and Creators are a key growth driver for Nutrili. We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Executive to own and grow our creator ecosystem across key platforms and markets, turning creators into long-term brand partners who drive both brand equity and sales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the creator economy deeply, brings structure to fast-moving environments, and knows how to balance creativity with commercial impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creator Strategy & Campaign Ownership

Support Nutrili’s creator strategy across always-on and campaign-led activationsHelp in managing a strong network of creators, from micro to top-tier, aligned with our brand values and aestheticDevelop clear, inspiring briefs that drive authentic, high-quality contentExecution, Gifting & Relationship Management

Support creator seeding and gifting programs, from sourcing and personalization to logistics and follow-upBuild long-term, genuine relationships with creators through consistent communicationCollaborate with internal teams to align creators with launches, campaigns, and key brand momentsSupport regional and seasonal activations across the GCCPerformance & Optimization

Track and analyze creator performance across platforms and affiliate toolsOptimize campaigns based on engagement, conversions, and qualitative insightsTranslate learnings into actionable recommendations for future campaignsReport on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and sales impact

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

1-5 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketingStrong relationship management skills with creators, agents, and internal teamsSolid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the creator ecosystemExperience managing seeding, paid, and affiliate campaignsComfortable working with data and performance metricsClear, confident communicatorFamiliarity with creator management toolsInterest in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brandsNice to Have

Experience in wellness or beauty brandsAgency or in-house brand experienceStrong content instinct and creative judgmentUnderstanding of usage rights and creator contractsExisting creator or agent relationships in the GCC
