Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of five years of relevant experience.Experience managing teams and day-to-day centre, branch or service operations.Demonstrated responsibility for service delivery, operational performance and customer experience.Experience managing staffing, targets, quality standards, risks and stakeholder relationships.Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Saudi.Flexible and willing to relocate based on operational requirements.

Location

Potential opportunity may become available in the Northern Region of Saudi Arabia.
