Role Description The Director at CSI Global is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for leading engineering-led construction management activities across complex building projects. This role oversees project strategy and execution, guiding design management, contractor coordination, construction quality control, system verification, and operational readiness efforts. The Director provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensures alignment between client objectives and project delivery, and supports decision-making on technical, commercial, and scheduling matters. Day-to-day tasks include supervising project managers and engineers, reviewing design and construction documentation, monitoring site progress, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The Director also contributes to business development, resource planning, and continuous improvement of project management processes and standards. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering, construction management, or complex building projects, preferably in critical systems or large-scale facilities.Expertise in design management and coordination of multidisciplinary consultants, with a strong understanding of building systems and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to manage contractors and specialist trades, including oversight of construction sequencing, site logistics, and performance monitoring.Strong background in construction quality control, system verification, and commissioning processes to ensure operational readiness and compliance.Advanced project and program management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, clients, and external partners.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are an advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
