BIN EID Executive Search is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Hotel Division of a reputed hospitality group in Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive with a proven track record in multi-property hotel operations, business growth, financial performance and organizational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for the Hotel Division.Drive business growth, profitability and operational excellence across the hotel portfolio.Formulate and implement business strategies aligned with the Group's vision and long-term objectives.Lead and mentor General Managers and senior management teams, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, revenue optimization and cost management.Enhance brand positioning, guest experience and overall service standards.Identify new business opportunities, expansion prospects and strategic partnerships.Foster a high-performance organizational culture and develop future leadership talent.Ensure sound corporate governance, regulatory compliance and adherence to international hospitality standards.Candidate Profile

A) Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

B) Extensive senior leadership experience within the international hospitality industry.

C)Proven track record as a CEO, COO, Managing Director or in an equivalent senior executive position, preferably within a multi-property hotel operation.Experince in Saudi /GCC Market will be a distinct advantage.

D)Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving business growth, profitability and operational performance.

E)) Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, asset performance, revenue management and strategic business development.

F) Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

G) International exposure, preferably with prior experience in the Middle East.

H) Knowledge of Arabic will be a distinct advantage.
